From design to delivery

How it works

You design the card in your browser, approve an exact proof, and we engrave and ship it.

  1. Design

Upload your logo, pick engraving-ready fonts, compose the front and, if you like, the back.

  2. Preview

Try all six finishes live and save as many versions as you like.

  3. Approve

Sign off on the final proof and choose any quantity, from one card.

  4. Ship

We engrave your cards and send them with Canada Post, with tracking.

1. Design in your browser

Start from your details or a blank card. Add your name and title in fonts chosen for engraving, upload a logo, add lines, shapes, icons or a QR code, and decide whether the back is engraved too.

The designer keeps everything inside the safe area and warns you about lines or text too fine to engrave well.

2. Approve the proof

When you are happy, the designer shows the final proof: exactly what will be engraved, on the finish you chose. You confirm the spelling, the layout, that the engraving is one colour and the finish.

The approved proof is what we engrave. You can keep editing afterwards; each change is a new version to approve.

3. We engrave and ship

Choose any quantity, pay securely, and we start production once your payment is confirmed. Every card is engraved from your approved proof, checked and packed.

We ship with Canada Post and email you the tracking number. You can follow each step from your order page.

Tips for your logo file

  • SVG gives the sharpest result: it engraves exactly as drawn, in one colour.
  • PNG, JPG or WEBP work too. Use at least 300 dpi at the printed size; the designer warns you when an image is too small.
  • Images are converted to one colour. Solid shapes and strong contrast work best; gradients and photos lose detail.
  • Avoid very fine lines and tiny text: they need to be at least 0.1 mm wide and 5 pt tall to engrave cleanly.
  • Files up to 10 MB. Only upload logos you have the right to use.
